CATIA standard ” generativeparameters ” are used to configure in drawings , models display in the views, lines of type , thicknesses, colors etc …
To change the standard that you use the default , you change to Tools > Options > Drafting > Administration , the ” generative view style ” and check ” prohibit the use of generative view style ” once checked you can change the view style for a CATIA session, or to create a view, you can also have several styles of view by drawing.
Using ” generativeparameters ” configuration files
When the above option ” unchecked ” we will access when creating a view to the dialog for selecting the generative view style :
You can also select the generative view style by selecting ” view advanced face” :
If the view was created with a different style we can change it , you go to Tools > Import generative view style …
Then prompt the dialog style is selected :

If you are not admin CATIA the procedure is here https://cao-3d-pro.com/catia-administrator-mode-configuration/
if you do not have rights in writings on directories it will create a new CATIA environment the procedure is here https://cao-3d-pro.com/catia-environment-and-catsettings/
